Request Account Deletion
You can request the permanent deletion of your PlaceGrad account and all associated data at any time.
How to Request Deletion
- 1Sign in to your PlaceGrad account using the button above.

delete my accountin the confirmation field shown after sign-in on this page. - 3Click Request Account Deletion. Our admin team reviews and processes requests within 30 days.
What Gets Deleted
- Account credentials (email, name, password hash)
- Profile information (phone, email, headline, LinkedIn, GitHub, portfolio)
- Uploaded resume and AI-generated analysis
- Academic records and work experience entries
- Skills, certifications and placement application history
- Assessment and test results
Data Retention
All personal data is deleted within 30 days of approval. Anonymised statistical data that cannot be traced back to you may be retained for institutional reporting. You may cancel a pending request at any time before it is approved.
Can't Log In?
If you are unable to sign in and need your account deleted, email us at support@placegrad.in with the email address associated with your account. We will process manual requests within 30 days of verification.
This action is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, your data cannot be recovered. Download any information you need before submitting the request.
