Self-Service Account Deletion
Log in to your PlaceGrad account and submit a deletion request directly from the app. Our admin team will review and process the request within 30 days.

Can't Log In? Email Us
If you are unable to sign in, send an email to our support team from your registered email address and we will process your request within 30 days of verification.

- Our team will verify your identity to ensure the security of your data.
- Once verified, your account and all associated personal data will be purged from our active databases within 14 business days.
- Associated documents (Resumes, Offer Letters) stored in our cloud storage will be permanently deleted.
- Aggregated or anonymized data (not linked to any individual) may be retained for platform analytics.
